Alcedo has the two founders. First founder is Juozas Miskinis. His duty is to prepare itineraries, accomodation conditions according guests wishes also guiding. Juozas Miskinis one of the founders the Lithuanian Ornithological Society, birder from 1980.

The second founder Zydrunas Preiksa is the one of the tour leaders, expert of bird' habitats, the best expert on bird's species identification. Zydrunas has a great experience in various ornithological projects. There are not any Bird Important Areas in Lithuania which he was not visited.

We have skilful local guides in the most Areas. Their experience and knowledge of season's changes in breeding would make easy searching for rare species.
