Accommodation conditions

Group size: 7-9

Birding transport: Minibus

Accommodation: Medium hotel standard, all rooms with shower/WC and countryside Guest house with shower/WC
Food: All meals included in the price.

The bird watching tours on the morning begin at 9am with the tour leader collecting the group from the accommodation at approximately 8.30. The tour group spend the whole day at the sites according itinerary finding and identifying the birds present. Lunch is normally in a good spot for enjoying the weather and birding. We will finish 4-5 pm depending for the group wishes and bird watching conditions.

Terms

We always would be as flexible as possible regarding where and when to go birding.

Please e-mail us for price offers. Prices are quoted in EURO, USD, GBP and tours can be paid for in any of these currencies as well as LTL at your choice.

Travel expenses and accommodation costs for our guide will be added to the total price. Regarding standard of travel and accommodation it is your choice. High, medium or low cost standards can probably be arranged in most places.

Reservation on short notice: Trips can also be arranged at short notice, in such cases you must be prepared to cover all expenses along the way (including car rental and accommodation for longer trips), and pay for guiding in cash, or we can accept other terms agreed upon. All the above mentioned currencies will be acceptable to Alcedo.

Cancellation and refund policy: With written notice (we accept also e-mail) more than 30 days prior to the first day of the tour, your deposit will be refunded, minus 50.0 LTL as a refund fee to cover our time spent arranging your trip. No partial refund can be given once a tour begins; we therefore strongly advise that you purchase a trip cancellation insurance to protect your investment.

Itinerary changes and trip delays: If Alcedo has to cancel tour arrangements before departure, due to illness, strikes or force majeure, all your deposit will be refunded.

Insurance etc: Travelers with Alcedo must have their own Travel Insurance.Alcedo, its owners, agents and employees give notice that they act only as agents for owners, contractors and suppliers providing means of transportation and/or other related travel services, and assume no responsibility for injury, loss or damage to person or property in connection with any service resulting from: delays and expenses arising from strikes, thefts and force majeure, failure of any means of conveyance to arrive or depart as scheduled and changes in transit or hotel services over which it has no control.
